I made a panorama picture!!!!! It's of the incoming log area at the paper mill where my uncles work in Spring Grove, PA. Uncle Bill loads the logs onto the conveyor...dunno what uncle Dave does. I know it's huge but it's the best I could get after reducing it 5 times - so please forgive me.

I LOVE photo stitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Canon RULES!!!!! (Y)

Nice log house near where mom grew up. The kitchen (in the back under the overhang) and the cellar date back to the early 1800s...I'm not sure about the date of log part of the house. A nice bit of history: during the civil war, the owner saw someone coming up to the kitchen door and thought he was a confederate. He shot him and the man told him he was a northern courier before he died so the owner took the message to whomever was to get it and turned himself in for murdering the courier.

This is a pic of uncle Stewart (left) and Pop (right) taken when we were in PA last week. I'm posting it not only to brag about uncle Stewart being 101yo (Y), but also to show how great my Canon s400 is. It was a bright sunny fluffy cloud day, the curtains were open, and the pic wasn't washed out by the background light. I doubt that Mom's Canon Sure Shot could do that, but then she hasn't had the film developed yet.

DAMMIT I LOVE MY CANON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll never be able to thank Keldyn enough for making me buy it!
