How come nobody is talking about Build 7227?

+ It's SP branch = more bugs and not really close to RTM so I'm not interested and so are many other people.

(RTM will probably be 7200. As far as I know they skipped it for now and will go back when they enter RTM)

No one talks about it because we don't talk about every single damn build that has 1 screenshot put up on the Internet or some sadass at home sits there and says "O, I think that leeking Win7 mite be gud ideaz so me will say it leekz 2 dayz from nowz".

Only post a damned thread if the damned build actually leaks or something. Not even if a fake screenshot is posted. Not even then.

Indeed! :) We can speculate about the build number, but it would make sense to reserve 7200 for the actual RTM. 7000 = Beta... 7100 = RC... 7200 = RTM.

7227 is actually only 1 build newer than 7201..... not interested even if it leaked.

Yes. 7225 was contemporaneous with 7200, 7226 with 7201 and 7227 with 7202 - so there will be hardly any differences at all

Besides that you have to be pretty daft to think they would go back to 7200 for Rtm, it simply wouldn't make any sense

It simply won't happen. MS already stated in their that you will have to do the same trick you had to do to upgrade a Beta build to a RC build for an RC build to Rtm build upgrade - which means that an upgrade will be possible and Rtm will therefore a higher build number (possibly 7300, who knows). If it had a lower build number (7200), it would be *impossible* to upgrade, as you can't upgrade to a lower build number.
