jdb264c
Something happened with Windows 7 so now it's terribly slow, it takes minutes to start IE for example, and all programs go through the Not Responding-phase every now and then. I'm thinking superfetch problem? Anyway, I have a 1.5 TB harddrive as C: but by some stupid reason didn't partition it into a smaller C: for the OS. If I do that now, and install Windoes 7 on what would be another, newly created partition on the same harddisk it'll get K: or something like that. How do I change inteo C? Or will this happen automatically?

Mazhar
Why do not you just create a large partition (may be K:\) and separate it, then install the OS to the smaller partition which will still be C:\
jdb264c
Why do not you just create a large partition (may be K:\) and separate it, then install the OS to the smaller partition which will still be C:\ Hmm, I don't follow. Forgot to mention, the 1.5 TB is filled to 70% so I can't move all files. If you boot into the DVD to install it it'll be C:\ if you run the installer from within windows it'll be whatever the partition letter is there. Good, I'll try that!
