How to create bootable Windows7 x64 Install USB pen from XP 32bit?

Hi, the following guide works perfectly when creating a bootable windows7 x64 installation pen when in windows 7 x64 but when you try and create it you get to the part "bootsect /nt60 Y: (Y is drive latter of your USB drive )" then you will get an error saying its not a valid win32 application, does anyone know how i can create a bootable image on a usb pen of windows7 x64 from within 32bit XP Pro SP3?
