Joshie
I really thought I'd get used to this eventually, but I'm having a pretty tough time with it. Rightclicking anywhere in almost any part of the OS will bring up a context menu oriented to where your cursor was when you clicked. This holds true even if you rightclick any part of the task bar (start button, time, empty space) other than a program's button. Then, and only then, does the menu break consistency and orient itself centered over the button. While I'm not bothered by this for the preview popups when I hover, I'm just having a horrible time feeling comfortable with the context menus. Is there some way to alter this behavior and make these popups orient to my pointer like every other context menu in the OS? A powertoy or registry key or some checkbox I just haven't noticed? Much appreciated.
Ambroos
Not really sure if this is an answer to your question, but shift-right-click brings up the classic context menu for taskbar stuff.
