[PC] Dawn of Discovery

Anyone getting this game or played it somewhere? Looks like it might be fun but I'm not sure I want to spend 50 dollars on it.

And holy cow, looking at the system requirments....4.3ghz processor, is that taking into consideration each core or what? Surely that can't be right? o.0

I didn't recognise the Dawn of Discovery title but then I seen it was Anno 1404....I've always been a big fan of the series and I'm looking forward to this one.

Wrong, the CPU that they are specifying is a Pentium 4 @ 3GHz.

I seeee. The way they have it listed is not very clear.

Processor: Pentium 4.3 GHz or comparable (dual core recommended)

Has anyone bought the full game. I loved the demo. It's for sale on Play.com for €32 much better price than €49.99 on Steam.

Nope. I haven't even gotten to try the demo yet but I think I might buy it in the next week or two. Been looking to play this sort of game. Hardly any RTS's these days have any sort of resource management. Used to be that that's all there was.

If you enjoyed any of the previous games in the series, you will definitely enjoy this. I picked it up this weekend, and it's been real fun.
