neoadorable
So the little door to the twin USB ports on my 360 broke...the spring gave and now it's always open. no patience for MS support for something so minor, but the problem is, nobody else seems to have them, and i don't want to order online. Bestbuy, Gamestop, Target...didn't have them. Any idea where one can still find a faceplate these days? And i don't mean a fancy one, either. Ji@nBing
If you don't want to deal with ebay, you could always post a wanted add on your local buy and sell website, such as Craigslist.

Ji@nBing
http://www.amazon.com/Faceplates-Xbox-360-...f_rd_i=14220161 I think he's looking for the original white faceplate though. Not those fancy shmancy ones.
Remysaus
Oh, well, seems like you're out of luck than, only way to get those is secondhand or through microsoft. They might even just send you a new one, their policy says one piece of hardware will be replace for free no questions asked. (not sure if this is still the case, it was 2 years ago anyway.) That's how I got my second controller for free :shifty:
-KJ
He said he doesn't want to order online. Anyway, I don't think they sell a plain one, as they were made to make your 360 look more 'customized'. Although one could argue that some would like a plain one to doodle their own stuff on. Not enough for Microsoft to consider it, though.
neoadorable
thanks a lot for the replies and help. however, only psygn got my drift! i don't want to pay for shipping and stuff, was hoping to just walk into a store and get one and be on my way. guess it'll have to be through MS then, what a pain in the posterior. if anyone has any other ideas on who still carries faceplates in the Chicago area, let me know... and remy, hope you're enjoying that extra controller - why you freeloader...
