Well yes, normally...but with daylight savings time it becomes GMT-7, if you're referring to the Pacific Time Zone.

nops, they will be same RTM builds :7600.16385. i think this has been told already many times. :). you won't get win8 just as yet! :D

no same as one leaked. probably you will have multiple images to choose from depending on version you choose.

It will all depend on which product keys you used, when you install windows 7. There will be product keys for any editions on MSDN and Technet. It'll probably be just like Vista.

There is not confirmed time when they will have it on TechNet apart from sometime today, bear in mind that its 8hours behind so its 01:36AM right now
