Mixed Up Account Details

As you can see my account details have all screwed up and says I'm from Canada on my Gamercard when i'm not, and I don't want it messing up my account billing or any of my chances on getting into the new preview program, and I wondered if anybody has any ideas.

there isn't and it isn't possible to change the country on your gamertag. i know i've tried, you'll need to make a new gamertag if you want to have the right country.

But the thing is on my Xbox it says i'm British, it shows all the British Inside Xbox gear, and it's just randomly Canadian, i've not selected for it to be from Canada, even on my initial sign up I made it English "/

for once Anwar is right ;) there's no need to change profiles, gamertags, nothing. actually you can change credit cards on the site. i just did and it worked fine, but both cards were from the same bank in the same country, so i don't know.

Yeah, http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/, and then Contact on the right hand side.

Don't let the morons tell you that you'll need to create a new tag.

I know you're talking about me but based on his explanation it seemed as though the problem was that he had put in the wrong country when he signed up for xbox live. if that happens it is NOT possible to change it and you must make a new gamertag.

fortunately, his problem is different.
