is the coding are easily for VB.net

You might want to look at VB.net it's a dead simple language and you can develop applications easily with Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express

Yea, it's easy and using that IDE has tonnes of handy code tips to help push you along.

It's like english, just with brackets. Although on second thoughts, that might not be so easy for you judging by the quality of your english in this thread :turned:

Leave off guys!

If you know C then maybe you'd like a look at some other languages (VB.net or C# being my 2 favourites). Easy to learn, though arguably not as powerful a C/C++.

As for creating an app like the ones you mention - you clearly are not at that level yet. These are LARGE apps, that have a team of developers.

Exactly. I wouldn't even dream of scrolling through the tens or hundreds of thousands of lines of code for complex programs.

@Balaji

I'm curious. What are your certifications? Are you well versed in C and C++ or just doing it as a hobby? Are you a student?

I'm pretty sure that if you decode his original post, it says that he has zero programming experience, and is looking for advice on where to start learning.

C is the most popular language, but it's far from the easiest.

If you want to start developing in C or C++, you really want Visual Studio/Visual C++ Express (which is free). It supports both C and C++, although not C99.

As for tutorials, the web is full of them. You have to start at the absolute beginning with the most basic tutorial you can find, and then only when you're comfortable with the basics, you can move on to learning Windows-specific programming (which is largely in C, but C++ compatible). This is a fairly long road, so have some patience.

>_> He's learning C++ for the first time?!

X_X Balaji, if that's the case, I suggest buying a book and looking through guides online. If you're interested, I'll research a book for you so you know where to start...

Dude, learn VB.

Reasons:

1). You are obviously new to programming.

2). It is obvious that you want to program for windows (avatar).

3). VB should be simple enough for you.

If not, try getting a job.
