Wallpaper is from powerpig but I suggest you look at his whole collection, it's the best. More specifically, the one I use is under the toy's section: http://www4.flickr.com/photos/powerpig/ Folder icons: monster(or candy?) icons from deviantArt. I can't seem to search right now so I can't link them. This is actually a dual monitor setup but I don't see a point in posting the other half.
