Yes it is, but it works fine with TwentyTen.

Okay text is fine without locationbar, but I still have green ghosting effects on Tab.

Still it would be nice to be compatible with locationbar, as I said TwentyTen is :)

Tabs on top doesn't seem to be working (for me atleast). Check screenshot.

Used to work just fine with Alpha and Beta 1.

Using latest 3.7 and Windows 7 Ultimate.
