The_Observer
if i buy a second hand 360, console of ebay or where ever, what are the rules if i get a RROD? i have found some consoles online, they say they are Replacement consoles, and still under warrenty. Is there a way to check them with just the serial number, and does MS allow transfer of ownership?
Sikh
If they have been registered and you register them via phone because of a RROD issue or etc, they will move it to you but ask where did you buy it from to make sure its legit. After that your fine. To check if warranty is in date, simply check manufacture date. I got a second hand console, it was sent in once then friend finally upgrade to falcon last jan and gave me his old one. I then got a bad DVD Drive and it RROD too so I sent it off. While trying to register it online, it says "its been registered" so I call them up, and she asked how I bought it, I said a friend, and she registered me and thats it. Microsofts Xbox Support team is great help.

NoLiMiT06
I work for AT&T and the overseas agents have to transfer to a US based agent if they are asked. Not sure if Microsoft has the same policy or not but it's worth a shot!

Sikh
Flash as long as you try to cooperate with them as much as possible, they do too. I know its hard for BOTH, but its not there fault they got the job. They needed it and based on there "english speaking skills(come on alittle more teaching will help)" they got hired. I know its hard. But yeah what can you do. @NoLimit06: Offtopic and I dont know if people have asked you, sorry if they have, but any news on MMS for iPhone? Is its gonna be "late summer" as in September, or this month?
