If you're looking to drop a few extra presidential flash cards in order to ensure that your DJ Hero experience is as fulfilling as possible, GameStop's got you covered -- the retailer recently priced the rhythm title's limited "Renegade Edition" at $199.99. That's a bit of a markup from the standard version's $119.99 price tag, but big enough fans of Jay-Z, Eminem, high quality turntable peripherals and collapsible stands for said controllers may be willing to part with the extra bones.

I may get this, but only second-hand at a really cheap price. I don't want to pay more than ?50 for this.

This is so stupid. When I think of "DJ", I think of various forms of drum n bass and techno, not rap and hip hop.

This looks boring as crap, seeing as there's nothing to do except loop the same beat the entire song. If only they would include more dynamic tracks like this

, then I might be interested.

Being a DJ is about mixing music together, it doesn't matter if it's Chopin or Ludacris.

When games become more expensive than the console itself, you know there's something wrong going on.

Remember Steel Battalion on the Xbox? I had it, and it was brilliant. It's a real shame it was never made compatible with the 360, otherwise I'd have still had it today. :(

Soooo DJs remix others' music together, instead of composing their own. Apparently I had the wrong idea.

No, had to look it up just now... but man, that's a kick ass controller. (Y)

It's not that black & white... some DJs also make their own music, but yeah, the main idea is about mixing stuff together.

Damn right it is! :p It was huge though; each block was as big as the Xbox itself, and there were four of them!

That was a sarcastic comment. Oh well.

You had the idea of DJ'ing being only for "drum n bass and techno". Sarcasm doesn't work after that...

Well, the US is their main market, I would understand even if they pack Hollywood pop crap CDs with the game.

By the way, for those money, you could get a proper DJ software, not this crap. Or even better, you could get your hands on some DAW, FL Studio, for example.
