Splinter Cell Conviction

Remember the awesome E3 walkthrough guys? The dudes at IGN have got to play through it live. Turns out that lethal scene at the beginning with Sam smashing the guys head through a sink is actually in-game and fully playable!

Check it out....

So psyched for this game now, it looks really good, there is a short article on the 360 section of IGN which accompanies the video also.

I hadn't picked up on it, well this is still worth a watch anyway. I'm pleased with the direction they are taking the series. I'd pretty much given up on it but its good to see the project is a live and kicking. I've done all the Splinter Cells, and double agent was a blast!

Yeah, its always frustrating when a title gets pushed back, but I try to counter my negative reaction to it by telling myself:

"At least its getting the proper development time it needs to be a quality game."

And that sort of helps! I'm so gutted...

Mafia 2, Splinter Cell Conviction, Alan Wake, Assassins Creed 2 etc etc, all 2010 now.

But 2010 is going to be a stellar year!!!!!! zooop!

I'm starting to learn the way the developers operate now. They usually have around 2 years of pure hype, trailers and pushing back release dates.

I think this year has been made worse by the release of COD:MW2, people are scared of it, for no decent reason. I will be buying every game I want, regardless of what else is out.

If COD:MW2, Mafia 2, Assassins Creed 2 and Alan Wake all came out in October, I would buy the lot.

Well apparently its November 17th 2009 but I can't see it myself for some reason. They originally forecast April 2010. Have you ever heard of bringing a release date forward? I have reservations about this one.

I had a feeling the interrogations were playable. I just wasn't 100% sure about it. They definitely improved the graphics over the last Splinter Cell game.

Correct me if im wrong but was the first Ass Creed released in November 07? Hopefully, it does come out in November, and a pattern emerges! All good games=sequels= 2 years apart! All 'meh' games and their sequels are only one year apart (tony hawk etc)

I may off just predicted the future guys lol :D
