How to create Menus for a website?

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone knew how of where i code get the code to create the menus which are on the following site?

Cyotek.com

i have never seen this done before and was wondering how it has been done?

I have also inlcuded a screen shot.

there is a program called dhtml menu builder. you can make similar menus with that.

I took a look at the source of the site and it appears from what i cam see that they were created using dhtml menu builder.

now all we need to know is how

Hmmm.. flash looks alot better, and with the proper tutorial, is easier. Just my 2 cents ;)
