Will one affect the sales of other detrimentally? Different buyer interests. One is portable gaming, the other is home gaming. It shouldn't really be an and/or for anyone, not to the point of being greatly detrimental. If you don't spend a lot of time in your house/travel a lot, you're going to prioritise a portable, have spare time to game you're going to prioritise a console. Nothing saying the PSPGo pricing is good, I think it's too expensive, but I don't really think there's much of an argument to be made on PS3 Slim vs PSPGo. Well Tsco Direct is going to sell PSPgo for ?199, to further separate it from the PS3 Slim. Tesco Direct has stepped up as the first retailer to offer Sony's new PSPgo at a price significantly below its confirmed recommended retail price, listing the console at GBP 199.97 on its online site.Earlier this week, Sony confirmed the RRP for the console in the UK would be GBP 224.99 - a price which most specialist stores, including Play.com and Game, are currently listing the console at. But the supermarket giant's online store is now the first to significantly undercut that price, offering the discounted console, plus free delivery, to all pre-order customers. Although it's not clear at present if the sub-GBP 200 price point will remain after the system is released. I wish some one was there to put that youtube. What's funny about the PSPGo is that I have the original PSP and I hardly use it but it looks like such an attractive device to buy. I find it pimp to manage all your downloads using a seperate manager on your PC. I predict arcade games will be a much bigger hit in some cases to retail gaming on the PlayStation. They've really absolutely nuked the Spiderman font :laugh: edit: You posted before me :p Yeah the buttons on the front do look nicer with the backlight... Tech Star Posted August 25, 2009 Share Posted August 25, 2009 I LOVE my new PS3 Slim! :D It is sooooo quiet that you can't hear anything coming out from as soon as you move away from it! I bought Batman: AA with it at BB (price matched it so I got it for $30) and I will be playing as soon as my PS3 updates to FW 2.80. Got any questions then ask me.
