Laya Maheshwari
Hello, I just redeemed the item from Club Bing. I wanted to know a few things tho - 1. Does anyone know whether they ship that with the wireless receiver? 2. I am going to play that around 13 feet away from the CPU. Will it work? 3. Bought seperately, how much does the wireless receiver cost Please help! Thanks!

bryonhowley
If you get the X360 wireless controller for Windows then yes it comes with the receiver. I have seen the receiver separately for 19.99 at XBox.com. I got mine from NewEgg for 9.99 but it is a deactivated item now. A second to google would found you this from the first item on the search page from XBox.com Will work with future Xbox 360 Wireless Accessories. Provides up to a 30-foot range for complete wireless freedom. Use up to four Wireless Controllers and four Wireless Headsets simultaneously with one Wireless Gaming Receiver. Easily integrates with PC gaming scenarios and utilizes the same binding technology as Xbox 360. Provides a great value by eliminating the need for additional accessories for Windows-based gaming at an attractive price point. Plugs into a PC USB port and has a six foot cable. (NOTE: The Wireless Gaming Receiver requires a powered USB port to operate. If you're using the Wireless Gaming Receiver with a USB hub, the USB hub must have an external power source.) Future drivers available for Windows Vista? and Force Feedback for the Wireless Racing Wheel.
d4diesel
1. if the item description says Wireless controller for windows, then yes, you will get the receiver. but the receiver isnt wireless, you have to plug it into the usb port. 2. i know the range for controller on consoles are rated at around 30 feet. should be he same for on pc. 3. you should have it with the original, otherwise, i believe i have seen it go for 20 bucks.
