Unrealistic
I know Snow Leopard has only been out for less than a day (officially) but I am looking for a NTFS writer. Snow Leopard has NTFS read access out of the box, but I need to move some files to an external drive of mine. I used Paragon on Leopard, but they have not issued any sort of time frame for when they will update compatibility to Snow Leopard. In the mean time, is there an app I can use? Unrealistic
The latest stable version is 2009.4.4, released on April 2, 2009. Are you using it on Snow Leopard? There is nothing on their website or forum that states that they support Snow Leopard.

OS X is Linux and besides OS X is supported. If you are unsure yourself, comply the source yourself and see if it works.
Unrealistic
Just because a program works in Leopard and Linux does not mean it will work in Snow Leopard. Thanks for the clear answer. ;) Edited August 28, 2009 by Unrealistic

Unrealistic
Upon restart, all input devices (mouse/keyboard) and usb stopped responding and I had to force shut down. It's working now, but just a warning for other people who try this.
powerade01
I thought OSX was BSD. Nope. OSX is Unix. Just because a program works in Leopard and Linux does not mean it will work in Snow Leopard Of course. It is a rule of thumb. If it works in Windows 98 and Windows Vista, it will problably work in Windows 7 Same thing applies here :)
Unrealistic
I really wish I hadn't installed this software. My bootcamp will not install and I cannot successfully uninstall this product using their script or their normal uninstall procedure. Googling the problem gets no results either. Phantom Helix
BOTH Paragon and NTFS-3G have a weird issue inherent to how they function, being that they are not truly system level drivers, and the OS X boot manager doesn't recognize the NTFS drive as bootable anymore I had to use rEFIt 0.13 boot manager so i could continue to boot back and forth from OS X to WIN, or i could have just held the option key during bootup
Raa
OSX has supported NTFS reads since at least v10.4.5 btw :)

JakeSWE
I have been using Paragon without any problems on SL, installs fine and works fine.
Unrealistic
Interesting. I am holding off though. I had to actually wipe Snow Leopard and re-install it to get everything back to normal. I was having huge stability issues after NTFS 3G.
