The right-click menu is RightClick from Stardock with the Corporate theme as well. I don't remember where I found the picture though. Icons: The icons on the desktop are from a pack of Mac OS X icons I found. They were called the iVista Reflective Icons, or something. It's a mixture of different icons I found. The Firefox and iTunes ones were from the Frost Icons pack by calvin. The glass icons were made by Samurize. You have to download a lot of different Glass Icons packs to get all of them. I'll link to the first pack.
