illwill916
i used to use nod32 until 4.0 came out which SUCKED quite frankly and caused all sorts of problems. i now use norton gaming edition and it's the best antivirus i've used so far. anyone bashing norton obviously hasn't tried their revamped products. Minifig
I'm using Avast right now. My friend who does professional computer work for an entire school corporation (10+ schools) recommended it, and that's good enough for me.

You've got to be kidding. These organizations are mandated to have this type of security implemented and cost is a major factor. While what they are using may be the best, most likely it fell into their budget. You can take 5 of the best and they WILL choose the cheapest, although the cheapest may be the best, it's most likely not. We do this for organizations all the time and it does come down to cost per year on their decision. Remember; corporate AV solutions are NOT the same as it is for personal.
