.Neo
Have people discovered View Options? It's right up there in the Menu Bar. After Apple introduced the new Finder in Mac OS X Panther, and improved upon that in Mac OS X Leopard, I never really understood why some Windows users have so many problems with it. The cut / paste thing was annoying for about a week, after that I never found myself looking for it again. The Sidebar is extremely convenient, even Microsoft agreed on that with Windows Vista and 7. Something I always miss when using Windows are the spring-loaded folders (which is basically why I don't need cut-n-paste) and little things like a Finder window sliding completely into view when it's partially off-screen when dragging files onto it. The only thing that did bother me for years was the slow performance and reliability of the Finder. It was especially unstable, slow and could become unresponsive when handling large files and large amounts of files. But Apple fixed that by rewriting the Finder in Cocoa as part of Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Edited September 29, 2009 by .Neo
Zarpraz
A good pointer is buy a license if you haven't already done so, installing 10.5.7 sounds like you may not yet have done so.

Oooh...I think you're jumping to conclusions there. I bought Leopard off the Apple site about 3 months ago now and they sent out 10.5.6 discs. Rudy
Updated to 10.6.1 and it is working using vanilla kernel. Everything works including sleep mode :). Yea it runs great on mine too :) With 10.6.0 I was having problems with my hard drive (intensive tasks like uncompressing a large file (over 2gb) would give me a kernel panic...) Do most updates kill it or do they install fine for the most part? Every OSX86 install i've ever done ****s itself during the install of an OS update. Updates are fine if you install with Chameleon :) I still always double check on some sites just to make sure it doesn't break anything but so far so good :)
