Objective C Resources

Question

Looking to pick up Objective C for iPhone specifically, but in general it'd be a nice skill to have....

Anyone have a good set of (perferrably free) resources on how to get up to speed in the language?

(I am an experienced programmer with a few languages under my belt so not a complete noobie, but Objective C looks... completely different then what i'm used to.)

...I'd also appriciate stuff without the evangelicalism associated with apple... "This is the way things SHOULD be for developers" does not belong in a text describing how to declare a class >>

Google is your best resource for a lot of things. I have the Beginning iPhone Development book by Apress, and it's pretty good. But it's already outdated with OS 3.0 (and now 3.1). That's why I say google. The site I use the most to find info though is http://www.iphonedevsdk.com/ They have some good information there, plus they have a tutorials section too. I'm a C#/VB.NET programmer, but I will say this: Objective-C sucks balls. The worst type imaginable. Once you get the hang of it, it's not that bad, but I really don't like it too much.
