LiGhTfast
not really its a lot like windows explorer when u have it in thumbnail view, you can just link to files buy making shortcuts (.cuts) or just browse around the hard drive... its easy enough but isn't the best if you play games more than watch films etc also your mates will be wondering wtf is going on maybe

b0se
I apologise if this is already in this thread, I asked before (and got an answer) in a similar thread but searching hasn't brought it up: What size are the screws used on the motherboard? I need to get one just that little bit longer to hold the Matrix mod chip on securely...? Thanks!
BroChaos Veteran Posted September 5, 2003 Veteran Share Posted September 5, 2003 whats the best/prettiest (heard evox was fugly) if ur mostly gonna play games and stuff more then dvds and music :) if you want something advanced, with moving backgrounds, moving preview videos, etc, definitely go with mxm. mxm is the best right now. if you want a really simple dash, use evox. i still think ArcX is the best theme ever, and it is for evox. rAz dA FAz
hey all. My dad just came back from Pakistan and he bought me an XBOX mod chip down there, its called ALLADIN. The mod chip instructions are barely readable and on tatty paper, the chip was imported from China. I was wondering if anyone has come across any instructions online, would be well appreciated... Thanks

Thanks  Apparently there are two different Aladdin chips, the regular one, and the newer one, called Aladdin Universal. Here is a soldering diagram for the regular one, and here is one for the Aladdin Universal. I have no experience with any of them myself. This is just what I found looking around at Xbox-Scene. Hope they can be of some use.

Spykes424
partitions? do u have to do this? so the biggest/best i can get is a 137g locked hd from maxtor or something? also u can delete the games on there and put new ones on right? but i doubt u can "burn" backups on cdrws and play em on the ol xbox?
