Is this possible?

i thought that there was a USB adapter so that you could use the old memory unit and connect it to the 360 however i am not sure i never attempted any of that sort of thing when i had a 360

Some saves are moveable, some are not (because some Xbox saves are not permitted to be copied to a memory card at all). You can use standard USB storage devices with your Xbox if you have the keyboard adapter (plugs into the controller, and gives you a standard USB port, they're all USB but they used a proprietary plug on the Xbox).

You might need a way to inject the saves onto your 360 hard drive (X-SATA or something like that, which is what I did), or you'll need an adapter to use a 360 memory card with your PC.

I've done it, it's possible, it's probably more trouble than it's worth (I still ended up replaying DoA2 to unlock the extra costumes for DoA3 anyway. The OXM disc isn't BC, and you can't move those files from the Xbox to a memory card. IMHO that's the only situation that I can think of where you would really want to avoid replaying the game).

I guess you could also move them with a hacked Xbox, but that might wipe the data that's on the drive to start with, so if you've got saves now that are on the hard drive that can't be moved, you're still up the creek.
