Recommended Posts

Apple wont let me upgrade to iTunes plus, over 1000 songs are Protected AAC, iTunes only lists little over 600

Tried using the Buy All option 3 times, each time i get an email saying

Your iTunes Plus music upgrade could not be successfully completed because there was a problem with one of the items that was to be upgraded. Please return to your Upgrade My Library page and click Buy and your upgrade should be processed successfully. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your business.

got in contact with apple, they said they dont know what item is causing it, my only option is to Get each thing individually, the problem with that is because they got rid of the Shopping cart it will all be charged separately.

Apple confirmed i would have over 600 charges toward my CC if i did it that way.

Are their any other options ?

how would i enable that, or put stuff in there, tried right clicking on the stuff and didnt see an option, but i could post it to facebook :(

only wishlist option i have is for the full price, not the iTunes upgrade price

You can now use "My Wishlist" just like a shopping cart if that helps?

Oh right I see what you mean! You might not have much choice im afraid. Could it be a missing file or something like that?

doubtful, happens on my MBP 10.5.8 iTunes 9, and Win7 X64 iTunes 9

so doubtful would be missing file on 2 separate computers/2 different OS's
