MS have told me the new 811493v.2 is problematic and they are trying to resolve the issues(top priority they said). EG, fresh installed XP Pro SP1, problems loading any other drivers or patchs after installing this version and is in no relation to Antivirus software. Note, bold text may be different on your system. Double click on it, it will wanna connect to net and check the version number.
