Why doesn't Apple care about the environment?

Post crap like this in the off topic forum instead of polluting the general discussion here?

What happens when you disable the Recycle Bin in Windows?

Everything you try to delete gets uploaded to random places online ;) if your up-to-date. Otherwise your PC explodes!!!

i think that they cannot use the recycle thing because Microsoft has copy written it or something of that nature.

Microsoft has been recycling since Windows 95. Apple still uses a trash can. For someone who boasts being environmentally friendly, thats not good.

Even if it is just an e-environment.

Where does the trash go btw?

Better question; why did you choose to set your avatar as a pic of your body from the neck down on a website mostly populated by tech-geek males?

Because I like to see you guys get all ****y. Example ^

According to the rules here on Neowin, that would be called "trolling". If you know something is going to **** people off and you do it anyways, that's call for a warning.

As for the topic...

They called it Trash Can because they didn't care for the environment back then. Plus Recycle Bin is used by Windows and just saying it makes me think of XP right now even though I'm on Seven.

With the Dutch version of Windows Microsoft doesn't care about the environment either. Translated it's called "Trash can".

Also, Mac OS X makes up for it by using energy-efficient light bulbs. See, Apple does care. ;)

Actually it's called just "Trash" in Mac OS X.
