CGar
It requires one of the SDK tools to be installed, it should be listed in the readme or on the website

deletedxyz
Installation and RunningClick the installer. Follow the prompts to install. It should automatically find your ..\Steam\Steamapps\SourceMods\directory. After installation has finished you should restart Steam. NEOTOKYO should now be listed under the Games menu in Steam. Click NEOTOKYO to launch it. Steam may begin installing the Source SDK base if you do not already have it installed. The Source SDK base is needed to run NEOTOKYO. http://www.neotokyohq.com/gameinfo.html
LOC Veteran Posted October 26, 2009 Veteran Share Posted October 26, 2009 It's been at least a year or two since pretty much every mod required the SDK to be installed now. Don't know how long it's been since you last played a HL2 mod, but yeah.
SkyDX
Also if you have newly downloaded NT, be aware that the first links on their downloads page is only a patch, you need to install the full client first which is near the bottom^^ It's easy to overlook, not telling that you're dumb or anything.
