MR_Candyman
I'm not sure how much you need just for basic DJ'ing. If you can get away with just one turntable for starters, then it is cheaper than DJ Hero, as there's one here for ?74.90 and it does have a few features (10% pitch increase/decrease, three speeds, shutdown, reverse, start/stop buttons). there are many reasons belt drive turntables can't REALLY be used to DJ. Those that buy them to practice on very soon learn that there's a reason everybody says to go direct drive. You still need 2 turntables anyways, and a mixer. Ya, you can get a cheap Behringer mixer and it'll do you fine for a while, but there is no way you'll spend less than the cost of this game. thomasfrank09
My friend got the $200 Renegade Edition. I really like it. But it's super hard. I play expert guitar hero and I can't do much better than medium on this.
MightyJordan
My friend got the $200 Renegade Edition. I really like it. But it's super hard. I play expert guitar hero and I can't do much better than medium on this. Just ordered it from ShopTo! :) I was tempted to get the Renegade Edition, but the price is too high. The standard edition RRP is ?110, then the Renegade Edition RRP is ?170! The only extras you get are a glossy black finish on the turntable (which catches fingerprints), gold-coloured effects dial and crossfader (and the little bits around the edge of the turntable), a carrying case that doubles up as a stand, and greatest hits albums from Eminem and Jay-Z. If the RRP was dropped somewhere below ?150 and they added in extra stuff like getting the first few DLC packs for free, I probably would have got it then. For now, I'll stick with the regular edition, and look forward to its arrival tomorrow:D :D
Brad.
I was tempted to buy it this month, played it in HMV and got a few 5*'s on expert. And because of that fact, I didnt buy it.

Wait a minute. You're not buying it just because you're good at some of the songs?
Brad.
Yeah, there was no real challenge for me. There would have been I'm sure. But for ?90 I wanted something more difficult.
Scazza
I'm going to pick this up when I get back from my trip to Las Vegas. Looks such a sick game! Like most people, I want the Renegade Version, if I do well over in Vegas then I will treat myself to it :D
