xelencin Share Posted August 22, 2001 After Windows XP Pro Build 2600 was installed, I restarted my computer to test booting time. It booted up in under 30 seconds. I restarted again for something else and now it takes about 5-7 minutes for the splash screen to go away, sometimes it will go away quick but my screen will stay black for about 5 minutes, anyone know why I'm having this problem?
