Skiver Veteran Posted November 25, 2009 Veteran Share Posted November 25, 2009 Hi All, Just wondering if anyone knows an email address or post address for a complaints letter to Microsoft for the Xbox 360, phone calls can be forgotten and want to ensure I can get through in mulitple ways. I know i'm not the only person who has had failures and I know i'm not the only one to have had multiple failures however after I am on to my 5th Xbox and the disk drive is starting to make funny noises when i pop a disk in I have had enough and want to take this further. Do i expect to gain anything not really, but I hope that I can get the acknowledgement of the issues I have faced with my console and they may replace this before it either fails or scratches a disk so bad that I can't play it anymore (happened with one game). Thanks for any help!
scokem
Yeah - be careful with that (the disc tray making strange noises) after my 2nd repair my tray was like that and it killed my brand new Dead Space disc when I went to play it for the first time - massive perfect circle scratch over it :( It RRoD'd on me again shortly after that and then after that repair, it came back with the disc tray slightly out of line so I have to repeatedly press the eject button (most I've counted was 43 times) just to get the tray to open! I'm not prepared to pay the ?50 (or whatever Microsoft are charging nowadays) to have it fixed when they caused it so I gave it my dad to persevere with and bought the Forza 3 Super Elite package instead as my 120GB drive was getting full and it's been perfect so far:)) I'm just hoping my original console RRoDs again so I can get it repaired for free! Anyway, for a postal address you can try this: Microsoft UK Headquarters Microsoft Campus Thames Valley Park Reading, Berkshire, RG6 1WG Attn: Customer Service
Skiver Veteran Posted December 14, 2009 Author Veteran Share Posted December 14, 2009 Microsoft UK HeadquartersMicrosoft Campus Thames Valley Park Reading, Berkshire, RG6 1WG Attn: Customer Service Hmm about 10 minute drive from me... maybe I should go visit in person! I've been away with work recently so when i got back i completely forgot about it and just started playing, its been fine for now so wont go any further for now but if it starts i will have to try and make a complaint above the normal monkeys. Qumahlin
I've EECB'ed them before and all they did was give me another xbox...which failed 9 months later...which led to another EECB...which lead to another xbox that is currently failing. So yeah...
