SMELTN
So I just finished moving, and was unpacking all my computer stuff this morning. Well I found my Call of Duty:World at War cd was broken... yeah it was my fault for not packing it correctly. My question is, is there anywhere that I can download the retail copy of it for free? I have my CD Key only my media disk is broken. I thought about checking torrent sites, but I assume the versions up there are cracked versions of the game. Any ideas where I can download the game from? Thanks
Gavin001
Can you not get it through Steam?

SMELTN
Problem is, its a retail key, and when I bought the game, I tried to input the key into steam but it told me it was a retail game and could not be used in steam.
acnpt
I'm not sure what game downloads are like these days, but can't you just download it and then use your retail key, instead of the crack/keygens.
Mippie
You can just download de game via torrents or a similar way, enter your key, and everything should work fine.. I'm not whether this is completelly legal though.

Legal enough I suppose. Though much of the Call of Duty games found through torrents are designed to play without a key, ripping out any DRM and possibly some functionality of the game itself, leaving it prone to errors that may not be found in the original game. Make sure you hunt down the actual ISO(s) if you plan on going with that method. Should work fine provided you have a key. That said, I think I better make sure I have my own DVD in a safe spot. WaW

SMELTN
Yeah see Modern Warfare 2 is listed but not World at War. I know when I tried the other day it kept saying invalid key, but I am using the key on the sleeve with the game so I knew it was correct.
