OK, this thread might be old, but I didn't even heard of Neowin at the time of this thread's last post, so pardon me...

I came here after finding out what the Neowins Reference English Dictionary is (somebody by the online alias of "OPaul" directed me here).

I believe newbies who are intent on finding out what the Neowins Reference English Dictionary is will appreciate me bringing this thread back to life.

So let me add a definition:
