Bhav
There are very few games with really good offline SP and offline MP. The latter has taken a backseat this generation.

+Audioboxer Subscriber² Posted January 2, 2010 Subscriber² Share Posted January 2, 2010 Looks intresting. Downloadable? Can you use PS3 controllers instead of the buzzer? Addon packs are downloadable but not the game. You can get the game and 4 wireless buzzers pretty cheaply. Dunno if you can use controllers, but as I said the game pack with the wireless buzzers isn't too expensive.
nokiaxion
Dunno if you can use controllers Seems you do need them :(
AbandonedTrolley
Yeah the buzzers are needed, but I believe that if you pick up a cheap PS2 version of the game with wired buzzers they also work too. Buzzers on their own are about ?30 so more often than not cheaper to buy the bundle with game.

Belazor
big NO on official headset. Care to elaborate?
madd-hatter
Care to elaborate? For gaming, I'm not a fan of any bluetooth headset. - They aren't comfortable. They will get to your ear. - Can't use them with headphones. Headphones can give superior advantages in FPS's, better experience with RPGs/action, etc... - The official set is nice but it isn't the easiest to control and it picks up everything. - I'd rather have something like this. It's not so much that I'm against the official headset, but I've used some other bluetooth sets as well, none of them are comfortable or fun. The official is the best I've used in terms of sound quality, but I'd much rather ditch annoying team chat all together, mute everyone, and rock quality headphones. gax23
HMV are doing a multipack of bluetooth headset, triggers, USB hub and something else I've forgotten for ?19.99 - the same price as they are selling exactly the same bluetooth headset for on its own. You're right, it's not official. Well........ He could pretty much careless about any of those..... I might just get him a USB hub and additional cables. What cables does the PS3 controllers use to charge?
nokiaxion
Well after deciding.... I got him a 4 port USB hub and 2 additional cables (He was missing 2). Not strictly PS3 related but oh well...
