creating a windows 7 boot disk from an ISO file

Recommended Posts

I recently purchased Windows 7 online through my school. I had the option of getting a DVD sent to me, or downloading an ISO file that I could burn to a DVD in order to setup Windows. I've burned the ISO directly to a DVD, in addition to mounting the ISO in OS X and burning all of the installation folders directly to a second DVD. Unfortunately, neither works. Am I creating the bootable installation CD incorrectly?

P.S. I know that Boot Camp doesn't officially support Windows 7 ATM, but I've done some research online and it appears that it works with the existing Vista drivers. Thanks in advance for any helpful information :)
