AoM_Scott
You need to copy the files from your old computer to your new computer, or if you email Apple explaining they normally let you download them again.

Yup, in your account page in iTunes go to your purchases and select report problem for each purchase you want to re-download whens asks what the problem is just enter a request for re-download and explain why http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420 and http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1727Radish™
protocol7
Seeing as you guys know iTunes... I haven't used iTMS in a few years but I've been eyeing a couple of albums there lately that I can't find elsewhere. Am I right in assuming that all the music there now is DRM-free and 256k? And is there any lossless option at all?

DRM free yes, except the occasional oddity and some Music Videos, 256 yes, lossless no (I Really wish they would bring back iTunes+ but make it lossless AIFF files directly from the retail CD's Or better yet The Studio Master Files) I think you can choose the DRM versions on some things for a discount in price? maybe i am wrong Edited January 5, 2010 by Phantom Helix
protocol7
Thanks for the info. I have to wait for my iTunes gift card to arrive before I can splurge. If there's a cheaper drm-ed option I'll let you know. But I won't be taking it.
