PricklyPoo
UT2004 by far - probably way over 1000 hours. Bought it the day it came out, and played it almost daily since I took a hiatus in June. Probably get back on soon :) Are you Havoc?

MightyJordan
I've spent tons of hours on all the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games (hell, I've even spent about six hours on Guitar Hero: Aerosmith! :p ) I've spent a lot of time on Trials HD as well. I keep saying in my head "one more go, then I'll turn it off"; a hundred goes later, I'm still saying that! :p It's hugely addictive; even more addictive since the Big Pack got released. I spent at least twenty hours doing Fallout 3. I loved it. And in the near-future, I'll be spending most of my gaming time on Demon's Souls! :D

Rushnak
Over 300 days. On... you guessed it, WoW. I don't play it anymore, but I do believe it's somewhere around the 350 day mark.
Emn1ty
Chromehounds is definitely up there with over 700 hours, but the Halo series itself is probably the winner. Halo 2, at 177 pages of matchmaking with 25 games per page (at an average of 12m per game) comes out to around 10,600 hours of Halo 2 MM alone (not considering custom game lengths, so it is probably more). Add in Halo 3 (2262 games at 10m average, cause I play too much big team, which is 22,620hrs again not including customs at all this time) and you get over 33,000 hours of Halo, or 1375 days or 3.7 years of Halo. Damn, didn't think I would break the year mark, lol. I truly am a Halo nerd.

It actually comes out to 1,222 hours of halo online MM only, or 60 days. That sound a lot more correct, lol.

homeboyrocketshoulders
Guild Wars. 3000+ hours, and I'm a little ashamed of it. Battlefield 1942/Desert Combat. Probably 1000 hours and would gladly play still. NHL 09 about 300. GTA 4 probably about 300. GTA San Andreas about 200. Various Need for Speed and C&C games, probably 100 each. Heres a link to my semi-accurate xfire profile. I havent logged on in months, and obviously it doesnt account for gaming time whlie xfire wasnt running. http://www.xfire.com/profile/therapyreject/
