Modern Warfare 2 DLC packs hitting 360 first

Well, this is for those of you who like the game:

Just when you thought Microsoft wasn't freakishly interested in nabbing timed exclusivity for high-profile game add-ons -- wait, why would you ever think such a thought? -- we find out at CES that the company has made sure Xbox LIVE will receive the initial Modern Warfare 2 DLC packs first.

How stupid and dumb.

Still, maybe then they might get rid of some of the awful bugs they leave into everything before a PS3 release. Or maybe they'll just leave it because they can't be assed to do anything all day.

As long as it's free on the PC I don't mind. I managed to get MW2 for free on PC because my PayPal debit card charge got reversed on the 1st (charge was on hold then expired) when I had purchased it on Steam on the 27th of Dec. I've still been able to play the game so it works out well for me :)

Smart move by Microsoft, that game is hugely popular, and if people have yet to decide system to get it on, a strong selling point is just that for the xbox360

wow 4 topics started by Cy-Kill, he is the new and less spamming comic book guy !

31.71 posts a day about 20 less then comic book guy during his rain of pain

lol. I remember comic book guy posting so much and so fast it was impossible to post any news because he'd have already posted it. I tried to compete at one point for the fun of it but failed miserably xD

This DLC craze is dangerous. What happened to "Free Update, includes 4 awesome new maps"?

Company's found out that they can bring in millions of dollars if they charge $8-10 for a map pack. So.. the obvious choice is to cash in.

Indeed this just shows the 'quality' of the posts and the OP's knowledge of the subject matter *zero* This has ALWAYS been the case and isn't anywhere near new news.

Move along, nothing to see here.

Edit - Just noticed, Cy-Kill now banned
