BoDEAN
Wow. Just bought / played the Online Beta. What a fun game! Reminds me of TRIBES // Mass Effect // TF2. Anyone else try it out? The beta runs better than most beta's i've run in the past. Very enjoyable FPS / MMO http://www.globalagendagame.com/ for those who don't know. hjf288
It looks quite bad. Looks really boring, almost slept watching that
HawkMan
Yeah perfectly robotic movements +skating sure reminds me of the very first and oldest tribes games, just like the rest of the graphics. from what I bothered to see through there, it's pretty much the exact same game as Anarchy online, except you can play that for free. Sethos
Those animations look awful and the atmosphere just reminds me of a game from 2001. I mean, you don't even need a great graphics engine to achieve those things, yet they are very important to a game - Baffles me to this day how some developers are completely unable to do gat of the two right. HawkMan
Every game today should use endorphin for their animations. just simple things like rotating your character and walking slowly and watching him properly place his stops, or stepping onto a small curb or something and watching him properly place his feet instead of "popping" up to the next height is impressive in it's own right. Magichat
This game looks incredibly bad ass: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zO8CXH225g0&fmt=22 Does anyone know how I can get an open beta key? I would really like to try it out before I drop 45 bones on it.
BoDEAN
You show 1 video, and rate a game on 1 video. Classic. Game is beta, and one of the most polished beta's I've seen. Great game none the less
Minifig
I signed up to the beta when it was first announced ... never heard back from them. Starting to be happy that I never did.

Great game none the less I did no such thing. All I implied was that the game does not look worth $50. It reminds me of the hype behind Champions Online. Shyatic
It's a fun game, unfortunately it is basically the same game as Team Fortress 2. Well, except TF2 is more fun and has more depth. I bought the game for the 'conquest' piece, but to be honest the matchmaking isn't really 100%, and you have no feel of an epic 'hold' on anything really. Basically you just duke it out on a certain map in conquest, whoever wins gets control of the point. Rinse and repeat. Crafting is useless and annoying. PvE is pointless too, unless you want to craft, which is useless. PvP is fun, but there are problems in the game, like when you use voice chat, you have no idea who is talking because the mic icon doesn't show up all the time. All in all, I think in a few months time it will be a good game... it's actually very playable, and for a beta it's very polished. I think the rough around the edges feel is there, but at least there's a full game in there. The fact that it's kind of an "MMO" (and I say 'kind of' on purpose) will at least help push some upgrades and enhancements to the game. Right now the classes are kind of imbalanced, so that will come with time. I think honestly, it's a good game now to play, despite it not being a BLAST at all times... but it's in my rotation of shooters so I'll play it now and again, and whenever it gets good... I'll play it more. At least it isn't bug ridden and boring, it's not bad. Enjoy :)
Hypnagogue
I've been testing this game from the first day of beta. That video you posted is the tutorial. I'm sure it's not very impressive to watch someone else play. In the end though, I've decided I will not be buying Global Agenda. Three primary reasons: 1. Video performance. It's a toss up whether this game will run worth a damn no your machine. It hates my machine. I exceed their recommended specs, so I figure I should be able to keep above 20 FPS on medium settings. Not so. 2. No world/character immersion. None. Has zero MMO feel to it. Your characters don't even have names. There are no quests. No dialog with anyone beyond the intro. 3. Time commitment. The whole point of this game is the conquest maps. I don't want to feel like I have to get on to help defend my agency's territories every day from 5 - 7 pm. The only remedy would be to join a big alliance. Not interested. I'm largely a solo-er, which by the way is impossible in GA. There is no solo content. All that said, the core shooter is actually pretty fun in a lot of ways. The game just isn't what I was looking for.
