+Audioboxer Subscriber² Posted January 22, 2010 Subscriber² Share Posted January 22, 2010 Excitement is at an all-time high for Sony?s noir thriller Heavy Rain. Especially with all the recent news pouring in about the game. Now the demo for the game has a date with the PlayStation Store, which is sure to turn the excitement up a few more notches.According to a response on the official European PlayStation Blog, Mike Kebby of the PlayStation Store team has revealed the date of the arrival of a demo for Heavy Rain. ?Heavy Rain demo should be on the store on the 11th of Feb? Looks like the PSN will be flooded with downloads come Feb 11th. No word if this is just or Europe or if the demo will hit worldwide on that date. Since Heavy Rain is being released on February 23, it?s safe to say we?ll all get a chance with the demo before then. With a game like this getting thrown into part of it with no attachment to the characters or anything can be a double edged sword. I'll treat it only as a way to get used to mechanics, see how it is technically and hopefully they pick something without much story lead.
MightyJordan
Excellent! :) I cancelled my pre-order, due to a possible lack of money. Also, due to the fact that I don't like paying almost full-price for games. :p I'm happy to wait an extra month or two if it'll let me get the game for half-price. This is gonna keep me occupied for a while.
