Added Donate tab button

It was suggested in the many "adblock" threads to add a donate button somewhere on Neowin, we have just added this to the tab header.

It's purely optional, but at least we have a way for people to donate any amount they feel justifies their experience on Neowin. Some people have already donated amounts, you can view that thread here.

Thanks to all that support us in the many different ways you already do.

Hahaha totally forgot I donated some in the past. Am subscriber tier 2 now - but there may be times others choose not to subscribe but still donate.

How about a suggestion... If the value donated > cost of subscription - a subscription is offered?

That just makes the whole point of subscribing pointless :p

That could work if someone donated $50 or something, then we could offer a year Tier 2 yeah.. but we'd rather use the proper subscription service.

Exactly... If they enter a value above $x then popup a message sayig "Do you know you can subscribe and get these features"?

I think when we manually add the amount and it exceeds the Tier2 subscription, then we can just offer it ourselves. It's not like we'll be worked off our feet for this ;)
