Just set up a local account for the other person on each of your computers, assign access permissions to whatever folders/drives you want to share. Make sure it's password protected, and make sure you set RestricAnnonymous to 2 in the registry (I'm sure there will be people with no lives scanning the network for computers with poor security... heh, if I lived in the dorms, I'd be one of them ;) :D).
