It's a video so watch it before going bananas if a game you like is listed above.

Metal Gear Solid 2???

I loved the game and I know there are people that didn't like it (mainly because of Raiden) but calling it one of the disappointments of the decade?

The Raiden issue didn't bother me at all, but I only played through them just before MGS4 came out. If I'd be waiting for 2 to be released after 1 then I can see why it might have been.

Doom 3 wasn't that bad either.

Haze seems to be missing.

Fable, Doom 3 and MGS2 were all fine games. In fact Doom 3 was in one of GT's 'Top 10 FPS games' videos at one point (oops). Fable is the only one out of those three that didn't live up to it's exact expectation, but it was still a great game.

Fable? I know that a lot of promises were made that didn't make it in to the game, but I thought Fable 1 was a heck of a lot better than Fable 2. And a lot of fun to play... MGS2 I thought was good too, it's the only MGS game I ever played though, so I don't know if it was not as good as the other ones... And Raiden I thought was kind of fun to play as...

Agree with that PDZ was a joke. MS shouldn't of made Rare rush that crap out. (Though the mp part is solid), that game needed at least another 6months for polishing.

MGS2 is probably the weakest 'Solid' game, but it's still an incredible game.

i think the reason MGS2 is on it was because , like, for a game which relies so heavily on cinematics, it sure does have a kooky storyline...

a recreation of the events in MGS1

I still don't see why so few people liked State of Emergency. I loved that game.

The only thing memorable for me with that game is when I tried it at my friends I was button mashing and somehow accidentally managed the exact combo needed for big head mode

At first we thought I'd ran over some powerup or something.

I agree on a few of those..

Perfect Dark Zero

Lair

Star Wars: Galaxies

I liked Fable it was a good game but same with Fable 2 they are way too easy, also much too short.

Lair got me excited, and then just let everybody down.

Star Wars, we all know what happened to that game that had so much potential wasted.

I think you guys are confusing "bad" with "disappointing." I agree that all those games are disappointments, even if they aren't horrible games.

Perfect Dark: Zero and Doom 3 were both major disappointments for me. I played through them both and thought they were alright, but... eh. I may play through PD: 0 again after the remake of the original comes out.

Star Wars: Galaxies had so much potential but was executed poorly. Perfect Dark Zero was rushed to be an X360 launch title. And Lair, well... no comment there.

Doom 3 and MGS2? Somebody is seriously on crack.

They aren't saying they are bad games, they're saying they are disappointments!
