Don't know what type of video card installed, right click on the desktop to properties, and settings and adapter, details, it will show you all the characteristics and capabilities of your video card. Provided you have updated all the relevant drivers for the card.

This is done during Setup, If Infact you've just flashed your bios you have 2 options

A. Format And Reinstall XP So It Sees Your New ACPI Complaint BIOS

B. Go To Device Manager, Under The Computer Section , Hit The + To Drop Down, If In Fact Its Not in ACPI Mode, The System will show it in Standard PC. Right Click That and Select Update Driver..

Select The Second Option, Advanced, Click Next. Click "Don't Search I Will Choose The Driver To Install", Click Next. If Windows Can Now Tell If you have an ACPI System, in the next section under "Compitble Hardware" you'll see an Option Here for. ADvanced Computer And Power Interface (ACPI) PC. if you can choose this driver and click Next, and winodws will change the system HAL to ACPI. The system will require a reboot to complete the change.

Like i said these are two options, if the second one isn't avalible then i suggest to format and install xp again so that during setup it can see the ACPI System.

Good Luck. :)
