NBA JAM Debut Trailer!

Recommended Posts

One word is synonymous with the most addictive two-on-two basketball in the history of the sport.

Boomshakalaka.

It's a word that instantly transports you back to 1993, when NBA JAM was introduced as the first arcade game officially licensed by the league and soon became the most lucrative coin-operated machine ever seen. It's a game so revered for its exaggerated dunks, long-distance swishes and unforgettable catchphrases ("He's on fire!") that literally dozens of current NBA players can't wait for December, when EA SPORTS unveils its updated version of NBA JAM for the Nintendo Wii.

"Is it the shoes?"

Haha, good times. The trailer was pretty good. I might just pick it up for my brother's Wii, just for old time's sake.

This should be an XBLA release. It would make a crap load of money from guys like me.

XBLA and PS3. I'll betcha it'd make more money than it does off the Wii.

Yeah it would. I imagine anyone 25-30 would by an XBLA version. I sure would.

I had it on genesis. My brother and I would play all the time.

I remember ARK unlocked bill clinton. We were playing trivial pursit (some new edition) a few years back with my family and a question came up that asked who you unlocked with code ARK, my dad thought we were cheating when we both shouted out the answer. hahaha.

There was also P Funk!
