MasterC
I've been trying different apps in preparation for war driving, and so far I've had limited success. Ideally, I'd like an app that can use an attached GPS and be able to export some kind of log file with all the information. So far, I've tried KisMAC, iStumbler, MacStumbler, and AirMoose. KisMAC works for a few minutes then freezes completely. I have to force quit it and when it comes back up, the GPS part doesn't work until I restart my computer. iStumbler finds networks, but there's no GPS support. MacStumbler doesn't even work - it just sits there scanning and no networks show up. AirMoose does the same. Are there any apps I'm missing? I've been searching around for the better part of 2 hours and trying different things to no avail.
MasterC
I'm going to be war driving tomorrow night, so bump in case anyone has any ideas before I go. My friend told me that KisMAC's older versions work better with GPS so I'll give those a try. But any suggestions are welcome.
Southern Patriot
I use KisMAC on my PBG4, and it works fine (granted, I don't use a GPS with it). I've never had it crash.
