MxxCon Posted July 5, 2003 Share Posted July 5, 2003 it does not work on broadband becuase you don't have dialup modem what those webdailers do is reconfigure your dailup connection to dial instead of your isp, some toll fee number in bulgaria and then charge you $50/minute or $100/100kb transfered.
