NeoMasamune
I'm running RedHat Linux 9 and I can't SNES9x or ZSNES to work on here. This is the error I receive whenever I try to run it. snes9x: error while loading shared libraries: libXxf86dga.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I did a 'locate libXxf86dga.so.1' and came up with nothing. I really want to get this to work. I need to get my Final Fantasy on..... ;) Thanks in advance! :D

Elliott
SNES9x is for all three major platforms. Linux, Windows, and Mac. It runs great on my Mac. Sorry NeoMasamune, I can't really help you seeing as I don't have much experience with Linux.
nohoy
Use windows, my emulators work great. dont you just love these useless replies about using windows? even after you put (linux) in the title thread anyways if you wanted to you could use rpmfind.net and get a page like this http://www.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/sear...ubmit=Search+... which has the dependency you need listed right there. threetonesun
Your missing some XFree86 files there. Did you compile it yourself or find an RPM somewhere?
NeoMasamune
Your missing some XFree86 files there. Did you compile it yourself or find an RPM somewhere? I think I compiled it wrong. ( I'm still a Linux newbie) Anyway, how do you fix the package? I can't uninstall the XFree86 because some other applications have dependencies on it. I couldn't upgrade the package either.... what am I doing wrong???
