Best Rapper With Best Flow

Recommended Posts

And, 50 cent does not have good flow, the only reason he is popular is because the overpopular eminem signed him :x

actually 50 had quite a career before getting with Shady/Aftermath.. he released about 4 albums before "Get Rich or Die Tryin'", some under Sony, some independently pushed along G-Unit.. he made his name from the underground up by dissing practically everyone he could in one track.. from Puffy to Kurupt, from Slick Rick to Pun to the Wu, and everyone in between.. and of course, his most notable "beef" with Ja Rule.. :x

if you want to hear 50 on his, most probably, finest -- take a listen to "I'm a Hustler" from his earlier work on "Power of the Dollar" in 2000..

im drifting away, tho..

yeah he started alot of beef with that song dissing with whole industry.

I believe the song was called how to rob an industry n*gga or something like that.

And thats how he started beef with the Wu, Raekwon and especially Ghostface from the Wu......

I dont care for 50 much.... I would rather listen to Nas or Killah Priest....

If I had to pick one, I would say 2Pac. His flow is tite and all of his albums got off.

sure, Busta is fast.. want to hear fast tho? heard any Twista recently?

sure, what are some fast tracks?

sample his "From the Tip of My Tongue"..

:D

Just listened to that song.

My vote definitely goes to Twista. Even better than Busta in that he's amazingly fast, and yet coherent at the same time. and it flows amazingly well.

if you liked that one peep Busta's "Break Ya Neck" Remix with Twista and Do or Die.. these last have a pretty fast flow too (theyre a group), reminds me of BTNH at times, too.. ;)

I don't see 50's latest work as any thing great.

I'd some of the greatest are:

Eminem, even though he doesn't get much credit because of some of the corny songs/videos he does, but ultimatly, he has a very good flow. It blows my mind how he makes half the stuff he does up.

2pac, a self made legend. I don't think theres much I have to say here.

Biggy, also a self made legend. Not much to say here either.

Much love to the Wu, primarly Method man, Rza, Gza, and Ghost Face killa

Nas has a pretty fresh flow.

How come no one's said anything about us dirty south << racial epithet >>z (: Outkast, Goodie Mob. They got some good flow. Mystikal was good before he signed to No Limit.

Props to Twizta and Bone for sure.

Tech n9ne is alright, but I find a lot of stuff weak.

,Jul 7 2003, 21:38]Im not saying that rap is crap or something similar, so please, sit back and shhhhhh?:woot::

Not only have your signatures made it blatantly clear that youdo> think "rap" is terrible, but you've just suggested that a hip-hop artist cannot be a genius in his field. From what I've seen in the past you appear to analyze music with reason and listen intelligently (though I have not always agreed with your choices), discerning with thought--and not purely emotion--what you like or do not like. Therefore it disappoints me greatly that you have made the choice to oust an entire (and enormous) genre of music from your life. The way that many artists play with words, both grammatically and metaphorically, is often unbelievable. Have you ever heard somebody, while rhyming eleven corresponding syllables in two lines, weave a ridiculously coherent and thought-provoking story? It makes me quiver and shake inside. I am a hip-hop artist myself, but my influences range from Frank Zappa to Tool to Junior Brown to Big Punisher. Open yourself up to different types of creativity and different types of music, coming fromextremely> different cultures, and you will only understand and appreciate the things that you like now even more.

I would say Slim, but the best LYRICIST in my opinion would be Busta, he always has good lyrics, that fit so wonderfully together, and just flow good. Him, Em, and Jay are my favs I would have to say .... and for females, Rah Digga, and Foxy are the best :)

Blackalicious (Chemical Calisthenics as well as that Alphabet one...)

Tech N9ne is cool but inconsistent, Bizzy and Krayzie from Bone Thugs when they get going, Twister has some good stuff too. Oh yeah and there was a couple awesome tracks from the Fushnickens (especially Crazy, if I remember the names right)...anyone who has never heard that song, you must find it!!

Worst, well most laughable I've ever heard...Kobe Bryant trying to rap...hehe, pure genius ;)
